Service explainers, case studies, methodology, testimonials and scope resources, selected and sequenced for this client moment.
One curated guide for every client moment. Built to make the follow-up as strong as the pitch.
Start with one client moment. We select and sequence your case studies, methodology, service videos, testimonials, proposal resources and booking links into one interactive guide, with deep engagement analytics built in.
Your best thinking is scattered.
The follow-up path is missing.
After a discovery call, a prospect receives a deck, a proposal PDF and a handful of links. The strongest case study sits in a drive folder, the methodology lives in a slide, and every team member follows up differently. We select and sequence that expertise into one curated client guide.
The prospect has to work out which proof matters and what happens next.
One reusable guide from first conversation to a confident decision.
Everything the prospect needs, in one link.
Approach, proof, scope and next steps stay connected, without the prospect reconstructing your case from attachments, drive folders and a proposal PDF. The same guide can be reused across prospects.

Client videos, testimonials and walkthroughs sit beside the point they support.
Supporting context explains why a case study or method matters to this client situation.
Guide- and item-level CTAs connect the story to a working session, a proposal or the first onboarding step.
Start with the client moment.
Curate around the decision.
A client guide begins with a real commercial moment, not a capabilities deck. We select and sequence the proof, method and service detail that matter, then connect them to a clear next action.
Define the client moment
Who is deciding? What must they understand, believe or justify internally?
Curate the relevant proof
Select and sequence case studies, methodology, service detail, testimonials and commercial detail.
Design the decision path
Sequence the story around the questions that block a yes, a scope agreement or a start.
Measure and improve
Review supported engagement and refine the proof, sequence and CTA.
Six client moments. One curated guide each.
Discovery follow-up, proposal evaluation, objection handling, client onboarding, referrals and re-engagement. Each guide starts with the decision the client is trying to make.

Reopen a dormant opportunity with a focused update, new proof and a relevant reason to continue the conversation.
Next step: Restart the conversation or agree to close the file.Every client guide is ready for prospects, AI agents and crawlers.

The preview4 questions
What exactly is the first guide preview?
One client moment, built from 3–10 approved links, with one intended next step. It stays live for 14 days so your team can review the sequence, proof and CTA. No payment is required to preview.
How long does the preview take?
Most previews are ready within 5–7 business days after we confirm the brief and scope. Larger sets or complex embeds may need a little longer; we agree the timing in writing before we build.
What happens after the 14 days?
After 14 days, the preview is taken offline and removed unless you ask us to keep a private archive. If it is useful, we scope the paid first guide, move it to your domain and keep it live.
Is the preview public?
Preview visibility is agreed with you before we build. Only public or approved material should be submitted, and the guide is not published to your public site until you approve it.
The guide5 questions
What exactly is published?
The project-level guide hub and each guide are published in HTML, Markdown and JSON. Case studies, videos, PDFs and other items are composed inside guides; they are not independently published by ViewAngles.
What content types can a client guide include?
Service videos (YouTube, Vimeo), case-study PDFs, testimonials, methodology decks, images, proposal summaries, enquiry forms (Tally, Typeform) and booking links (Cal.com, Calendly). We embed what the provider exposes and link out where it does not. Start with 3–10 links.
How do AI agents and crawlers access our guides?
The project hub and each guide have Markdown and JSON representations, with configured discovery pointers. This makes approved service and proof information available in formats compatible with AI and machine retrieval.
Are guides private?
Guides are public by default in the current publishing model. Private authenticated portals are not included. Only approved public material should be included.
Can we reuse the same guide for several prospects?
Yes. A guide is built for one client moment, not one named individual. The personal message changes; the public guide stays reusable and measurable.
Sales and client work4 questions
Can we personalise the guide for one prospect?
The guide is built for one client moment and stays public. Personalisation happens in the message that surrounds it. Named or confidential content should not be included in a public guide.
Can we use the guide inside a proposal?
Yes. Link or embed the guide in a proposal, statement of work or client portal as the supporting evidence behind the recommendation.
Can the whole team share the same guide?
Yes. One approved guide gives everyone the same proof, wording and next step, instead of every person assembling a different link bundle.
Can we use it for client onboarding?
Yes. Bring welcome videos, process explanations, forms, tutorials and key contacts into one path for the first onboarding step.
Fit and plans7 questions
Why not just send a deck or a Notion page?
A deck is point-in-time and a workspace is built for the team, not the client. A guide is a focused, shareable destination organized around one client decision and a next step.
Why not a proposal PDF?
A proposal is the commercial document. A guide is the supporting story that helps the client understand the approach, trust the proof and act. The two work together.
What does analytics measure?
Guide visits, content-card selections, supported media interactions and CTA clicks. Configure goals and funnels such as guide opened → proof explored → meeting CTA. Public guides do not identify individual visitors.
What does unlimited guides mean?
On Pro and Max, there is no per-guide fee or published-guide cap within one brand and project. Pro and Max include the monthly async Content Studio Cycle.
Can I see engagement across all guides?
Each guide has deep analytics for visits, content-card selections, supported media and CTA clicks. In the monthly studio cycle, we review engagement across your guides and recommend one priority. A self-serve cross-guide dashboard is not part of the current product.
Why annual only?
The set of guides and the monthly review compound over a year. The 14-day preview lets you judge the work before you commit to an annual plan.
How do the plans work?
Pro is the annual studio plan at $792 per year, equivalent to $66 per month. It covers one project, unlimited published guides, managed hosting, the monthly async Content Studio Cycle, deep per-guide analytics and a monthly review across your guides. Max is waitlist only at $1,188 per year, equivalent to $99 per month, when unlimited native motion videos are released.
Send the links. We’ll build the first client guide.
Share 3–10 links, the client moment and the next action. Five to seven links are usually enough for a focused preview. We’ll build a short preview, keep it live for 14 days and show you the analytics setup and any activity it captures. No call required.
