Specifications, application evidence, manuals, diagrams and service resources, selected and sequenced for this technical evaluation.
One curated guide for every technical evaluation. Built to move buyers from spec to action.
Start with one technical evaluation. We select and sequence your specifications, application videos, manuals, diagrams, service resources and enquiry forms into one interactive guide, with deep engagement analytics built in.
Your technical content is everywhere.
The path from specification to action is missing.
Engineers and buyers do not want another brochure. They move between spec sheets, application videos, manuals, diagrams, service notes and dealer folders. Sales engineers answer the same questions repeatedly, and distributors work from different versions of the story. We select and sequence the technical path around the evaluation in front of the buyer.
The engineer has to assemble the technical case and find the right next step.
One curated technical path from application to a confident enquiry.
Everything the engineer needs, in one link.
Application evidence, specifications, installation detail and service resources stay connected, without the buyer rebuilding the technical case from portals, folders and attachments.
Interactive sample · illustrative
Application videos, demonstrations and maintenance tutorials sit beside the specification they explain.
Supporting context explains why a document or demonstration matters to this application.
Guide- and item-level CTAs connect evaluation to technical advice, a quote or service support.
Put the specification
beside the demonstration.
Help an engineer or buyer move from application context to product detail and support material without losing the thread.
Start with the application.
Curate around the technical decision.
A technical guide begins with a real application or evaluation, not a product catalogue. We select and sequence the evidence and documentation that matter, then connect them to a clear next action.
Define the technical moment
Who is evaluating? What must they prove, compare, install or maintain?
Curate the evidence
Select and sequence specifications, demos, manuals, diagrams, case studies and service detail.
Design the evaluation path
Sequence technical content around the questions that decide selection or approval.
Measure and improve
Review supported engagement and refine the content, sequence and technical CTA.

The preview4 questions
What exactly is the first guide preview?
One technical evaluation, built from 3–10 approved links, with one intended next step. It stays live for 14 days so your team can review the sequence, documents and enquiry CTA. No payment is required to preview.
How long does the preview take?
Most previews are ready within 5–7 business days after we confirm the brief and scope. Larger document sets or complex embeds may need a little longer; we agree the timing in writing before we build.
What happens after the 14 days?
After 14 days, the preview is taken offline and removed unless you ask us to keep a private archive. If it is useful, we scope the paid first guide, move it to your domain and keep it live.
Is the preview public?
Preview visibility is agreed with you before we build. Only public or approved material should be submitted, and the guide is not published to your public site until you approve it.
The guide5 questions
What exactly is published?
The project-level guide hub and each guide are published in HTML, Markdown and JSON. Specifications, videos, manuals and other items are composed inside guides; they are not independently published by ViewAngles.
What content types can a technical guide include?
Product videos (YouTube, Vimeo), specification PDFs, manuals, diagrams, application case studies, images, 3D or 360 views where the provider supports embedding, enquiry forms (Tally, Typeform) and booking links (Cal.com, Calendly). We embed what the provider exposes and link out where it does not.
How do AI agents and crawlers access our guides?
The project hub and each guide have Markdown and JSON representations, with configured discovery pointers. This makes approved technical information available in formats compatible with AI and machine retrieval.
Are guides private?
Guides are public by default in the current publishing model. Private authenticated portals are not included. Only approved public material should be included.
Can one guide cover a product family or several models?
Yes. A guide can compare a small set of models or configurations for one application, or focus on a single product. We agree the scope before the build.
Technical content4 questions
Can we include CAD, BIM or 3D files?
We can link to them or embed a viewer where the provider exposes one. We do not replace your PDM, PLM or document management system.
Can we keep documents and revisions current?
We update the guide when approved content changes. Formal revision control, approvals and document history stay in your existing document management process.
Can distributors receive a private guide?
Guides are public by default and authenticated portals are not included. We can build a public guide that links to your secure partner portal for pricing, stock or restricted documents.
Can we include safety and compliance information?
Yes, using approved public or shareable material. Your team approves the wording, and regulated documents remain in your controlled systems.
Fit and plans7 questions
Why not just use a PDF catalogue or docs portal?
A catalogue is organized around the product range. A docs portal is deep reference material. A guide is organized around one application or evaluation, the evidence that matters and the next action.
Why not send a folder to the distributor?
A folder shifts the work to the distributor and gives no sequence or rationale. A guide selects what is relevant, explains why and connects it to a clear next step.
What does analytics measure?
Guide visits, content-card selections, supported media interactions and CTA clicks. Configure goals and funnels such as guide opened → technical resource explored → enquiry CTA. Public guides do not identify individual visitors.
What does unlimited guides mean?
On Pro and Max, there is no per-guide fee or published-guide cap within one brand and project. Pro and Max include the monthly async Content Studio Cycle.
Can I see engagement across all guides?
Each guide has deep analytics for visits, content-card selections, supported media and CTA clicks. In the monthly studio cycle, we review engagement across your guides and recommend one priority. A self-serve cross-guide dashboard is not part of the current product.
Why annual only?
The set of guides and the monthly review compound over a year. The 14-day preview lets you judge the work before you commit to an annual plan.
How do the plans work?
Pro is the annual studio plan at $792 per year, equivalent to $66 per month. It covers one project, unlimited published guides, managed hosting, the monthly async Content Studio Cycle, deep per-guide analytics and a monthly review across your guides. Max is waitlist only at $1,188 per year, equivalent to $99 per month, when unlimited native motion videos are released.
Send the links. We’ll build the first product guide.
Share 3–10 links, the technical evaluation and the next action. Five to seven links are usually enough for a focused preview. We’ll build a short preview, keep it live for 14 days and show you the analytics setup and any activity it captures. No call required.
