Privacy policy
This policy explains what information ViewAngles collects through this website, why we collect it and how we handle it.
Who we are
ViewAngles is a managed studio that creates curated guides from approved customer content. ViewAngles is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. This policy applies to this website and to first-guide preview requests submitted through it.
What we collect
When you submit the preview or contact form, we collect the details you provide:
- your name, work email and company or organisation;
- the buyer context you select;
- the links you want included in a guide;
- the next action you want the guide to support;
- any optional notes or plan interest you add.
We also receive technical information normally included in a web request, such as your IP address and browser type, through our hosting, measurement and form-delivery providers.
Measurement
This site uses a first-party measurement script. It does not set cookies. It uses session storage to distinguish a visit and records page views, outbound clicks, file downloads and form submissions so we can understand which pages are useful. The data is sent to our own measurement service. We do not use it for advertising or sell it.
You can block the script with your browser settings or an extension. The site will continue to work.
How we use it
- to respond to your enquiry and confirm whether a preview is a fit;
- to build and share a first-guide preview from approved links;
- to communicate about the preview, a paid guide or a plan;
- to maintain business records and improve how we explain the service.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not use this site for advertising tracking. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies.
Sharing
We share information only with providers that help us run the site and deliver the service, such as hosting, measurement, form delivery and email providers. They receive only what is needed to perform those services. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Embedded content
Guides may embed content from providers such as YouTube, Vimeo, Tally, Typeform, Calendly, Google Maps and OpenStreetMap. When you interact with embedded content, the provider may receive technical data and set its own cookies under its privacy policy. We embed only public or approved material.
Retention
We keep enquiry and preview information for as long as needed to respond, deliver the preview and maintain business records. Preview content is taken offline after the preview period unless you continue. You can ask us to delete your information or preview content sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted, or object to how we use it. Email info@viewangles.com or use the enquiry form and describe your request. We may need to verify that the request comes from you.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The first-party measurement script uses session storage, not cookies. Hosting and form-delivery providers may process technical request data needed to serve the site and deliver submissions.
Changes
We may update this policy when the service or our providers change. The updated date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
