These terms cover this website, the first-guide preview and the plans. A written scope agreed for paid work takes precedence if it differs from this page.
The service
ViewAngles is a managed studio. We help select and sequence approved content into a curated guide, prepare the guide for review, publish it and report on supported engagement.
First-guide preview
- A preview covers one buyer context, 3–10 approved links and one intended next action.
- No payment is required to request or review a preview.
- A preview remains live for 14 days unless we agree otherwise.
- Preview visibility is agreed before we build it. Only public or approved links should be submitted.
- We may decline a request if the content is unsuitable, confidential or outside the scope of the service.
- The preview guide is an illustrative first guide, not a guarantee of a particular commercial result.
Plans and payment
Pro is an annual plan at $792 per year, equivalent to $66 per month. Max is an annual plan at $1,188 per year, equivalent to $99 per month, and is waitlist only until unlimited native motion videos are released. Both are billed once per year. Current pricing and inclusions are shown on the pricing section. Guide count is not metered on Pro and Max. Additional brands or projects, major migrations, original media production and unusually large one-off requests are scoped separately. Renewal pricing is confirmed before renewal.
Cancellation, refund and rescheduling terms are agreed in the written scope before payment.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm that you have the right to share every link, document, image, video, form or other item you submit.
- You keep submitted information accurate and notify us of material changes.
- You review previews and published guides for facts, brand and approvals.
- You do not submit unlawful, infringing, misleading or confidential material without written agreement.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you supply. You give ViewAngles permission to host, format, sequence and display approved content for the preview and any paid guide. ViewAngles retains ownership of its methods, templates, platform and underlying structure. A paid guide may be used by your organisation for its intended business purposes.
What we do not guarantee
We do not guarantee search rankings, AI crawling, retrieval, citation or recommendation. Analytics depend on traffic, embedded providers and configured events. We do not guarantee bookings, leads, pipeline or revenue.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site and published guides available, but hosting, providers and third-party embeds can fail or change. We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ViewAngles is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or a guide. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
