Recordings, slides, speaker resources and sponsor items, selected and sequenced for this event topic.
One curated guide for every event topic. Sponsor slots and CTAs built in, ready to sell.
Start with one event topic. We select and sequence your sessions, slides, maps and registration links relevant to the topic into one interactive guide, with sponsor slots, CTAs and deep engagement analytics built in.
Your event content is everywhere.
The attendee path and sponsor inventory are missing.
Attendees move between recordings, slides, sponsor resources, maps and registration links. Organizers have an archive but no scalable sponsor inventory beyond logos, emails and event-day booths. We select and sequence the attendee path and create sellable sponsor placements inside it.
The attendee has to assemble the event story and find the next step.
One curated event path from session to next step.
Everything the attendee needs, in one link.
Sessions, speaker resources, sponsor material and next steps stay connected, without the attendee reconstructing the programme from tabs, PDFs and emails.

Preview supported media and open the configured external or native content.
Supporting context makes the purpose of each resource clear to this attendee.
Guide-level and item-level CTAs connect sessions to registration, a sponsor conversation or the next edition.
Member value
beyond the event.
Turn the sessions, reports and standards you already produce into topic guides for prospective, new and existing members.
Year-round member education
Curate conference sessions, webinars, reports and standards into topic paths members can use between events.
Recruitment
Give prospective members a clear path through your best public sessions, reports and member benefits.
Retention and onboarding
Help new members find the benefits to use first, and give existing members a reason to return between events.
Chapters and communities
Reuse the same archive for chapter, regional or special interest topic guides, without rebuilding the content.
Guides are public by default. We can link to member-only resources behind your existing login. Authenticated member portals, CPD or CE credit tracking and LMS records stay in your systems.
Turn attendee attention into
sponsor revenue.
A useful attendee guide creates three sellable placements inside content people already chose to explore. You package and sell the inventory. We build the guide and report the supported actions.
Sponsored content placement
Place a relevant video, podcast, PDF, case study or demo inside the guide. The sponsor gets engagement inside the guide, not a logo impression.
Sponsored CTA
Add a button to the sponsor’s site, demo, booking page or resource. Track clicks at guide and item level.
Sponsored conversion form
Embed a Tally or Typeform for a demo request, assessment or download. Report form starts and submissions where the provider exposes them.
Placement rules
Maximum three sponsor items per guide, clearly labeled, relevant to the topic and approved before publication.
A new inventory line, not another logo.
Package placements by guide, topic or edition. Use attendee engagement to make sponsor inventory more valuable than a generic banner.
Relevant attention with observable action.
Sponsors appear inside content the attendee chose to explore, with content interactions, CTA clicks and form activity where supported.
We can prepare a sponsor-facing inventory sheet with placement examples, reporting and package guidance.
Start with the event topic.
Curate around the attendee moment.
An event guide begins with a topic worth curating and the attendee moment it needs to serve. We select and sequence the sessions, resources and sponsor material that matter, then connect them to a clear next action.
Define the topic and moment
Who is attending? What do they want to learn, find or do?
Curate the archive
Select and sequence sessions, slides, speaker resources, sponsor material and maps.
Design the attendee path with sponsor content
Sequence topic cards, media and next steps, with relevant sponsor content and disclosure built into the path.
Measure and improve
Review supported engagement and refine content, sequence and CTA.
Six member and attendee moments. One curated guide each.
Before the event, onsite, after a session, between editions, during membership evaluation and after joining, people need a clear path through the content. Sponsor inventory is designed into that path.

JSON
A structured representation of the guide and its composition for systems that need machine-readable content.

The preview4 questions
What exactly is the first event guide preview?
One event topic, built from 3–10 approved links, with one intended next step. It stays live for 14 days so your team can review the sessions, sponsor resources and CTA. No payment is required to preview.
How long does the preview take?
Most previews are ready within 5–7 business days after we confirm the brief and scope. Larger archives or complex embeds may need a little longer; we agree the timing in writing before we build.
What happens after the 14 days?
After 14 days, the preview is taken offline and removed unless you ask us to keep a private archive. If it is useful, we scope the paid first guide, move it to your domain and keep it live.
Is the preview public?
Preview visibility is agreed with you before we build. Only public or approved event and sponsor material should be submitted, and the guide is not published to your public site until you approve it.
The event guide5 questions
What exactly is published?
The project-level guide hub and each guide are published in HTML, Markdown and JSON. Session recordings, slides, sponsor assets and other items are composed inside guides; they are not independently published by ViewAngles.
What content types can an event guide include?
Recordings (YouTube, Vimeo), podcasts, PDFs and slide decks, sponsor case studies, images, venue maps, registration forms (Tally, Typeform) and booking links (Cal.com, Calendly). We embed what the provider exposes and link out where it does not. Start with 3–10 links; five to seven is usually enough for a focused preview.
How do AI agents and crawlers access our guides?
The project hub and each guide have Markdown and JSON representations, with configured discovery pointers. This makes approved information available in formats compatible with AI and machine retrieval, so agents and crawlers can crawl, cite or recommend it.
Are guides private?
Guides are public by default in the current publishing model. Private authenticated portals are not included. Only approved public material should be included, and sponsor material is clearly disclosed.
Can the same guide be reused across editions?
Yes. We can update the archive, swap sessions and refresh sponsor placements while keeping the same guide destination and measurement.
Associations and members3 questions
We are an association, not an event business. Does this fit?
Yes. The same model applies to conference archives, webinars, reports, standards and member resources. Guides help prospective members, new members and existing members find what matches their role or question, between events as well as around them.
Can guides include member-only content or sit behind our member login?
Guides are public by default and authenticated member portals are not included. We can link to member-only resources behind your existing login, so the guide stays a public path and the gated destination stays gated. Only approved material should be included.
Do guides deliver CPD or CE credits, or replace our LMS?
No. We sequence sessions and resources and point to your existing CPD, certification or LMS process. Credit tracking, assessment and member records stay in your systems.
Fit and alternatives3 questions
Why not just use the event website or app?
Your event site is organized around the programme, navigation and registration. A guide is organized around one event topic, the sessions and resources that matter, and the next action.
Why not a session library or YouTube channel?
A library is a catalogue. A guide selects and sequences the few sessions and resources that answer a specific attendee question, with sponsor disclosure and a clear next step.
Why not a sponsor deck or post-event email?
A deck is point-in-time and a sent email is hard to update. A guide is a reusable destination that can be updated, shared by QR or link, and measured.
Sponsors, analytics and plans9 questions
How are sponsor resources handled?
Up to three relevant sponsor items per guide. They can be sponsored content, CTA buttons or embedded forms, clearly labeled and kept separate from editorial event content. Sponsor reporting covers content interactions, CTA clicks and form activity where the provider exposes it, not assumed identified leads.
How does the organizer make money from this?
You package and sell sponsor placements inside the guides. ViewAngles builds the guide and reports supported interactions; we do not sell sponsorships on your behalf. You set the sponsor pricing and package the inventory by guide, topic or edition. For associations, this can work as non-dues revenue tied to year-round member education.
Do embedded sponsor forms collect leads?
Embedded forms are owned by you or the sponsor. We report form starts and submissions where the provider exposes them, but a view or click is not an identified lead. Consent, data handling and follow-up are agreed before the form goes live.
What does analytics measure?
Guide visits, session-card selections, supported media interactions and CTA clicks. Configure goals and funnels such as guide opened → session explored → sponsor or registration CTA. Public guides do not identify individual visitors by themselves.
What happens in the monthly Content Studio Cycle?
The cycle is async by default. Share new sessions, sponsor assets or attendee questions. We review the content and engagement, recommend one priority, prepare a new guide or meaningful improvement for approval, publish it and send a concise update.
What does unlimited guides mean?
On Pro and Max, there is no per-guide fee or published-guide cap within one brand and project. Pro and Max include the monthly async Content Studio Cycle, where new guide creation and substantial refinements are prioritized. Additional brands or projects, major migrations and original media production are scoped separately.
Can I see engagement across all guides?
Each guide has deep analytics for visits, content-card selections, supported media and CTA clicks. In the monthly studio cycle, we review engagement across your guides and recommend one priority. A self-serve cross-guide dashboard is not part of the current product.
Why annual only?
The set of guides and the monthly review compound over a year. The 14-day preview lets you judge the work before you commit to an annual plan.
How do the plans work?
Pro is the annual studio plan at $792 per year, equivalent to $66 per month. It covers one project, unlimited published guides, managed hosting, the monthly async Content Studio Cycle, deep per-guide analytics and a monthly review across your guides. Max is waitlist only at $1,188 per year, equivalent to $99 per month, when unlimited native motion videos are released.
